How We Work

1. Consultation
We start with a quick call or message to understand your event: date, location, schedule, and what kind of coverage you need — from a single DJ set to a full festival day.

2. Pre-Event Setup
We liaise with your team and the sound engineer to arrange access, stage positioning, and, where permitted, aerial permissions. This ensures everything is ready to go before the first track drops.

3. On-Site Filming
We capture your event using a mix of cinematic gimbal shots, crowd atmosphere, close-ups of the DJ, and — where possible — aerial drone visuals. We can also take a direct audio feed from the mixer for the cleanest possible sound.

4. Editing & Delivery
Your footage is edited into the agreed deliverables — highlight films, full-set recordings, and social media reels. A teaser can be delivered within 24 hours, with final edits typically ready in 48–72 hours. If preferred, we can also provide the RAW footage so your team or label can create their own edits.

5. Share & Promote
You receive your content in ready-to-share formats, optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and promotional use — helping you connect with fans and promote your future events.
